About Us

Tiny Modernism, and its sister line Belly Sesame, is the husband & wife team of Alex & Kaori Walter. Originally hailing from Germany and Japan, we met and fell in love exactly halfway between our two hometowns — in a lovely little spot called Los Angeles, California. That's where we now live and work as designers.

Kaori has an Interior Design degree from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandise in Los Angeles. Alex studied Architecture at Bauhaus-Universität in Weimar, Germany. 

Tiny Modernism clothing celebrates the modernist design & architecture which we love so much while making sure that your baby is the coolest kid in the sandbox.
